It is day 8 of my #NoBadSugarFast and I’m starting to have “go-to’s” for food. Here’s what they are. But first …
THE GOOD:
- I made it to Day 8! YAY
- I’m not obsessing over food and what I can’t eat. I now focus on everything I can eat.
THE BAD:
- I was so tired today, but I don’t think it had anything to do with my eating.
- The withdrawal symptoms are no joke. Pushing through.
THE “I PUT (OR EAT) THAT ISH ON/WITH ER’THANG!”:
Here are my new food go-to’s
- Sunflower Seeds (for salt)
- Garlic (for taste)
- Cracked Pepper (for seasoning)
- Red Pepper Flakes (for heat)
I made flounder with leftover brown rice and green beans. Yes, it was YUMMY!!!
