One of the Restaurants I frequent, called McGlynns, has this Fried Brussels Sprouts dish that I get every time I go there. The Brussels Sprouts are fried and coated with Caesar Dressing, capers, and parmesan cheese.
I had a taste for those Brussels Sprouts so I #Veganized it.
I made some homemade Vegan Caesar Dressing and air-fried the Brussels Sprouts. I call them Caesare’d Air Fried Brussels Sprouts. Click here for the recipe.
I also wanted some Peppered Steak so yup! #veganized
Here’s how I made the Vegan Peppered Steak.
I sauteed some diced peppers and onions in Vegan Butter. When the vegetables were tender, I added a cup of the Beyond Steak Plant-Based Seared Tips. I also added the following to add some flavor:
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
I cooked it for 5 more minutes on medium-low heat and it was done!
I added the Vegan Peppered Steak to my plate and added the Caesare’d Air Fried Brussels Sprouts for an amazing dinner.
