Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • 1/8 tsp fine salt
  • 1/3 cup plant-based Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the mayo, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir to combine.
    1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp fine salt
  • Stir in the Parmesan, followed by the water. Season generously with black pepper, to taste.
    1/3 cup plant-based Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp water, Freshly ground black pepper

Notes

  • If you’d prefer a bolder taste, add another 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  • For a more zippy dressing, add up to 1 teaspoon more of the lemon juice. Serve as desired.
