Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing
Just stir a few pantry ingredients together while you throw together your salad or heat your meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice to taste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1/8 tsp fine salt
- 1/3 cup plant-based Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1 tbsp water
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayo, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir to combine.1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp fine salt
- Stir in the Parmesan, followed by the water. Season generously with black pepper, to taste.1/3 cup plant-based Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp water, Freshly ground black pepper
Notes
- If you’d prefer a bolder taste, add another 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- For a more zippy dressing, add up to 1 teaspoon more of the lemon juice. Serve as desired.
