It’s day 11 of my #NoBadSugarFast. I made my Ultimate Veggie Chili last night, and it was even better today. However, this is what happened. But first …

 

THE GOOD:

  • I made it past 10 days!!!
  • I’m not stressing about food anymore. I’m just looking for new recipes to try out. So … whatchu got?
  • My taste buds are extremely sensitive to anything that has hidden sugar. Just can’t eat it.
  • I was skeptical about the Plant-Based Ranch Dressing, but it is actually very good. I can’t taste the difference. They’ve got to be fooling me with awesome marketing.

THE BAD:

  • My blood sugar is still out of whack, but I think it’s because of my stress level.
  • I’ve been having stomach cramps. Not sure why.

THE “BEANS BEANS, GOOD FOR YOUR HEART …”

You know the rest. Beans are a great source of protein, and I love them, especially in chili. However … I forgot that my stomach goes on strike when I eat too many. I guess my 2nd serving of Chili was a bit too much. Oh well … who said relearning your body was going to be all rosy? LOL
