It is day 18 of my #NoBadSuggarFast, and today was a #crabby day. Let me explain… But first…

THE GOOD:

  • Last Night, I decided to plan my meals for today and stayed on point. Now I have to try to do it for a week.
  • I made a smoothie that was sweet enough with just the banana and a little honey.
  • Looking forward to trying new recipes.

THE BAD:

  • Stomach pains and lots of gas
  • I’m sick of going to the grocery store. I guess I’ll be buying more frozen veggies and prepping more meals.

THE “I’M FEELING REAL #CRABBY TODAY!”

So, what do you do with the remaining expensive a$$ Crab Meat and Red Snapper Filets you bought over the weekend?

Welp, I made a crab cake and Baked Red Snapper stuffed with Crab, along with my Maryland Crab Soup I made yesterday.
Safe to say… I’m all crabbed out, but it was Delish! #NomNom #ImFull
