Among the many fried delicacies we love, fried chicken nuggets have long been a staple in fast food and home kitchens. However, a contender in the fried food arena has been gaining popularity for its deliciousness and health benefits – fried cauliflower.

Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins C and K, fiber, and antioxidants. When battered and fried, cauliflower retains many nutrients, making it a healthier choice than the heavily processed chicken nuggets. If you’re looking for a guilt-free indulgence, fried cauliflower wins this round.

Here is how I make my Crispy Fried Cauliflower Bites.
