Someone asked me, “Are you becoming a #Vegan or something?” After I slapped her (in my mind) … this is what I said.”
But first …
THE GOOD:
  • I am sleeping better and earlier. I haven’t suffered from Insomnia for a few days.
  • Not groggy during the day. Actually, I got a lot more done today.
  • No headache today. YAY
  • I can really taste the coffee without the sweetener. Interesting.
  • No real body aches. Inflammation down.
  • Feeling calmer. #Woosah
THE BAD:
  • Getting tired of Salad. I have to start cooking/experimenting with some new healthy dishes. Does anyone have any I should try?
THE “DEFINING MY DIET!”:
  • My response to the person’s questions was simply… “I’m not trying to be a Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Paleo, or any other #Diet craze… I’m just #HUNGRY and trying to find foods that will heal and stop killing me. I’m sick of literally Eating Myself to Death.”  Her response was … “Oh.”
That’s all I got. Thanks for your support during my journey.
