It’s day 19 of my #NoBadSugarFast, and I’m sick of people saying, “Oh, so you’re eating healthy now?” This is my response. But first…
THE GOOD:
- My Red Snapper stuffed with Crab was better on the 2nd day.
- My breakfast burrito with eggs, fresh salsa, and morning star no-meat sausage was delish. Once I figured out the seasoning, I did the happy dance while eating.
THE BAD:
- I have to start cooking and meal-prepping for the week because this cooking every day is a lot when I have really busy days. … Like today.
THE “I DON’T CALL IT EATING HEALTHY!”
I’m getting several messages saying they are proud of me for starting to eat “healthy.”
I appreciate the well wishes and support. However, I don’t see it as eating #healthy. I just want to stop eating foods that are killing me slowly.
Because of what I have been eating for years, I have diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. I’m overweight, with fibroids, and, quite frankly, I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired all of the time.
I am making small changes for a conscious specific time to create different eating habits so it will become my new norm. Hopefully, these changes will help me reduce or eliminate taking insulin and medications and excess weight.
I’m hungry and just trying NOT to eat myself to death… Literally.
Thank you for your support!
