It is day 21 of my #NoBadSugarFast, and I have got to get my mind right for phase 2. Here’s why. But first …

THE GOOD:

  • I made A Vegan Curry Dish from scratch, and it is DELISH!!!
  • I realized today that I am spending more time in the fruits and vegetables department in the grocery store.

THE BAD:

  • My aunt Katie (my dad’s sister) passed away today, so my heart broke again.

THE “PREPARING FOR PHASE 2”

I’m getting my mind ready for phase 2 of my journey, which is the physical. It is almost time to get my body moving more… Also known as exercise. Pray for me now!
