It is day 25 of my #NoBadSugarFast, and here’s the new way I think of food. But first…

THE GOOD:

  • I am starting to feel more comfortable with trying new recipes.
  • My new group, I’m NOT a Vegan: Vegan, Vegetarian & Pescatarian Recipes, is great. Sharing recipes and tips is helpful. Thanks, fam.
  • I wanted a Buffalo Wrap, so I made a Vegan Version with the fried cauliflower I made last night and homemade buffalo sauce. It was sooo good!!! See pics.

THE BAD:

  • Fibroids are the worst!!! I need my sis Dr Lorie Johnson to #CUTITOUT!

THE “ALTERNATIVES!”

When I started this fast, all I could think about was all of the foods I couldn’t eat. After 25 days, I am focusing on all the foods I CAN eat and how to make my favorite foods (that are killing me) with alternatives (vegetables, fruits, plant-based, etc.)

Everything in life is Perspective. Mine now is not that I’m sacrificing; rather, it is creating self-loving options.

This working for me right now for food. Now, I need to get my mind right with the physical. Woosah
