It is day 8 of my #NoBadSugarFast and I’m starting to have “go-to’s” for food. Here’s what they are. But first …
THE GOOD:
  • I made it to Day 8! YAY
  • I’m not obsessing over food and what I can’t eat. I now focus on everything I can eat.
THE BAD:
  • I was so tired today, but I don’t think it had anything to do with my eating.
  • The withdrawal symptoms are no joke.  Pushing through.
THE “I PUT (OR EAT) THAT ISH ON/WITH ER’THANG!”:
Here are my new food go-to’s
  • Sunflower Seeds (for salt)
  • Garlic (for taste)
  • Cracked Pepper (for seasoning)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (for heat)
I made flounder with leftover brown rice and green beans. Yes, it was YUMMY!!!
