Scrambled Tofu Seasoning
Just 5 ingredients to make your own homemade spice mix that will make your tofu taste like eggs! Make this ahead and have it ready to go so breakfast will be ready in a jiffy!
Ingredients
- ½ cup nutritional yeast Bob’s Red Mill Large Flake Nutritional Yeast (2 Pack) - I'm NOT a Vegan (imnotavegan.com)
- 4 teaspoons black salt Black Salt - I'm NOT a Vegan (imnotavegan.com)
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a sealable jar and shake well or stir to combine. Store in your pantry until ready to use.½ cup nutritional yeast, 4 teaspoons black salt, 3 teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric
