To Make The Bouillon Powder

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for 10 seconds until it turns into a medium-fine powder.
    1/2 cup Shiitake Mushroom Powder, 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp salt, red pepper flakes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Or add more of the other ingredients based on your desired taste.

To Taste Test the Beef(less) Bouillon Powder

  • Add 1 to 1.5 tbsps in a cup with 1 cup of water.
  • Stir until the powder is dissolved.
  • Microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  • Taste the broth.
