Beef(less) Bouillon Powder
Make this easy beef(less) bouillon powder to use for ramen, gravy, soups, or anything that needs a beef favor.
Equipment
- 1 Food Processor or Blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Shiitake Mushroom Powder
- 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp salt
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
To Make The Bouillon Powder
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for 10 seconds until it turns into a medium-fine powder.1/2 cup Shiitake Mushroom Powder, 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp salt, red pepper flakes
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Or add more of the other ingredients based on your desired taste.salt, pepper
To Taste Test the Beef(less) Bouillon Powder
- Add 1 to 1.5 tbsps in a cup with 1 cup of water.
- Stir until the powder is dissolved.
- Microwave for 30-60 seconds.
- Taste the broth.
