To Make The Bouillon Powder
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for 10 seconds until it turns into a medium-fine powder.
1/2 cup Shiitake Mushroom Powder, 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp salt, red pepper flakes
Add salt and pepper to taste. Or add more of the other ingredients based on your desired taste.

To Taste Test the Beef(less) Bouillon Powder
Add 1 to 1.5 tbsps in a cup with 1 cup of water.
Stir until the powder is dissolved.
Microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Taste the broth.
