Rinse and Drain Brussels Sprouts
1 lb Brussels Sprouts
Cut off the ends of the Brussels Sprouts and cut them in halves.
Place the Brussels Sprouts in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts.
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 tsp Sea Salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Toss the Brussels sprouts to make sure they are all coated with the oil, salt, and pepper.
Put the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 375 degrees (F) for 15 minutes. At the halfway mark, shake the basket to shake up the brussel sprouts.
Once the Brussels sprouts are browned and tender, put them in a large bowl.
Add the caesar dressing and mix it to make sure the Brussels sprouts are coated.
4 tbsp Vegan Caesar Dressing
Add the capers and parmesan cheese on top.
2 tbsp Capers, 4 tbsp Non-Dairy Parmesan Cheese
