(you can also buy cauliflower crumbles at the store)

Parmesan cheese
Season with your heart
(use your desired seasoning)
Pam butter spray
(or other oil spray or butter the baking sheet.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Pulsate a head of cauliflower in a blender or food processor, or use a cheese grater to create crumbles.

Microwave the cauliflower for 2 mins. Drain water. (Use a papertowel or dishtowel to squeeze out most of the liquid.
Combine the cauliflower, eggs, parmesan cheese, and seasoning in a bowl..

8 tbsp Parmesan cheese,
Season with your heart
Use a spoon to scoop out about 2 tbsp and form the “tots”
Spray the baking pan generously with Oil Spray.
Pam butter spray
Bake for 18 mins
Notes
I sprinkled a little bit of Elote seasoning on top when they were done.
