- 4 Plant-Based Chicken Patties (I like Morning Star's Chick'n Patties)
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce (I like Prego's Spicy Marinara)
- .5 cup Plant-Based Parmesan Cheese (I like VioLife brand)
- .5 cup Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese (I like VioLife brand)
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning or Oregano
Bske the plant-based chick'n patties per the desired brand's instructions.
4 Plant-Based Chicken Patties
Simmer the marinara sauce in a small pot on the stove or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
1 cup Marinara Sauce
When plant-based chick'n patties are done baking, add desired amount of marinara sauce on top of the each patty.
Add desired amount of the plant-based parmesan and cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
.5 cup Plant-Based Parmesan Cheese, .5 cup Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese
Sprinkle desired amount of italian seasoning or oregano on top of each patty.
2 tsp Italian Seasoning or Oregano
Place patties back in the over and broil on High for 1 to 2 minutes to warm and melt the cheese.
Remove the patties from the oven and serve the plant-based parmesan chick'n patties with your favorite vegetable or veggie or wheat pasta.
Cook more marinara sauce if serving over veggie or grain pasta.
Depending on the brand, plant-based cheese may or may not completely melt, but it will soften and taste divine.
