Dice or chop vegetables.
In a large bowl, add the onions, jalapenos*, bell peppers*, cucumber*, and lime juice. Stir to mix ingredients, and then let it sit for a few minutes.
1 Jalapeno Pepper**, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Green Bell Pepper*, 1/2 Red Bell Pepper*, 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper*, 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper*, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, 1/2 Cucumber*
Add the tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix the ingredients.
4 Roma Tomatoes, 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, 2 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp Salt, Cracked Pepper
Add additional seasonings to taste.
Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight jar or container in the refrigerator.
