In a medium pot, add water and seasoning on medium heat. Stir until seasoning is dissolved.
2 cups water, 1.5 tbsp Homemade Chicken(less) Bouillon Powder (up to 2 tbsps to taste)
Add noodles and cook according to package instructions. Don’t overcook 2-3 minutes is usually good.
1 Instant Ramen Noodles
Optional: Add cubed tofu to the pot and cook with noodles for the last minute. Do not overcook.

Optional: While ramen is cooking, put frozen vegetables in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until veggies are tender and not frozen. When done heating, add vegetables to the pot with the noodles. Stir to mix.
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Pour cooked noodles and liquid, (optional tofu and vegetables) into a bowl and stir with a fork or chopsticks; top with seaweed (optional) and Enjoy!
